Our vans may be driven outside the UK in Europe. A Green Card must be purchased at £35.25 this is to meet legal requirements for driving abroad and also European Breakdown Cover. Quotes available on Request.

We accept payment from all major credit & debit cards - Vans can be booked over the phone, by email, or in person at our office. You require a driving licence (both parts if new licence), proof of address such as a utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill and a credit / debit card for payment. Lost your licence? No problem we can check your details with DVLA, this service is a premium rate phone number charged at £1.50 per minute. When using the driver check service phone call costs are passed onto hirer. (average cost of £2.00) You will be required to bring additional photo I.D. and 2 proofs of address.

We also offer Van Hire with a Professional Driver included for deliveries, removals, waste clearance - Call / Email for more details or a quote.

Van Hire Terms

• Drivers Must be between 23 -75 years old (25 years on 7.5 ton truck).
• Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Additional Drivers are available at an extra cost of £5 per day (£10 on 7.5ton truck)
• Sunday Hire / Out of Hours Service additional £10.00
• Pricing is per day and subject to availability.
• Minimum rental period 24 hours.
• Vehicles are supplied full of fuel for you to refuel before return.
• All rentals include insurance, breakdown cover & VAT.
• Collision Damage Waiver is available from £5 per day - Please ask for details.
• Van Rentals are subject to an overhead roof damage excess.
• Refueling charge of £2.00 per litre.
• Endorsements on the hirer's licence may affect the cost of hire insurance.
• It is the hirer's responsibility to pay all parking charges, speeding fines or congestion charges whilst the vehicle is on hire.
• No refunds will be issued for an early return of the rental vehicle.
